With nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of technology strategy and business transformation, Tom Olislagers has built a career on a simple belief: technology must create human progress. From architecting mission critical infrastructure for major financial institutions to leading AI strategy across Western Europe, his work has consistently bridged the gap between deep technical knowledge and C level business impact.

As Field CTO for Western Europe at Dell Technologies, Tom led technical strategy across seven countries, built and managed a team of nearly 25 presales professionals, and was directly involved in the largest enterprise deals in the region. He was recognized as EMEA Best Presales Manager in 2021 and consistently exceeded targets throughout his career, with IBM 100% Club membership every year and an average achievement of 180%.

Today, through Iterations & Transformations BV, Tom operates as an AI enhanced consultancy. He applies the mens et manus approach: combining strategic thinking with hands on building. His company leverages AI agents for competitive analysis, investment decisions, and content creation, serving as a living proof of concept for the AI transformation he advises clients on.
